Shaun and I went to Uptown yesterday to walk around and explore. It was a whopping 45 degrees outside so I bundled up in this faux fur coat and my Kate Spade mittens! I’m seriously hoping this faux fur trend never ends because I’ve stocked up on so many pieces and I don’t want to give them up just yet!
Kate Spade has always been my favorite designer. My dream is to go to one of her shows during New York Fashion Week. I’ve always loved everything she does. Her apartment in NYC is serious goals and she is a huge reason behind why I do what I do. She started my love for black and white stripes, Kelly green, and mixing textures and patterns. When I saw these mittens I had to have them. I’ve been saving them in hopes that we would go to NYC this winter but with spring quickly approaching I decided to pull them out.
After taking some photos we decided to head to JJ’s Red Hot’s which was on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. It’s a tiny hot dog joint in Uptown and I highly recommend it. It was super yummy!

Also my lips are linked in the widget above. I used one coat of baby doll, one coat of embellishment, and then re-applied baby doll on the pout! I highly recommend both colors.
