After Thanksgiving dinner, I convinced my cousin Mary and her boyfriend Kevin to chase the sun with us. And we literally chased it. We were driving to the location and Mary was texting me worried about the sun disappearing but by the time we got to this field it was actually the perfect lighting.
Most of these photos show Kevin and Mary in their natural state. They are a very affectionate couple and they’re constantly smiling and laughing with one another. I tried posing them for a few but once I saw how beautiful their posing was naturally I just let them do their own thing.
They moved to Charlotte about six months ago to explore the city and have come to realize that they miss home. Tomorrow they will be moving back to Florida to be closer to family and so Mary can go back to school. Although I am sad to say goodbye, I know it’s what’s best for them at this moment in their lives.
To know them is to know true love. They are best friends and soulmates. To see them look at one another truly makes you believe that there is one person out there for everyone. Kevin and Mary, I will miss you. I wish you happiness and sunshine. I hope all of your dreams come true. Love you both so much.
