What is your design inspiration?

NYC meets Beverly Hills. I love fun patterns and textures, clean lines, gold antique mirrors with a story to tell, and I’m all about a fun wallpaper for a statement wall or small space. My designs are every bit a part of me.

What does your go to outfit consist of?

I love a flattering pair of destroyed denim with a tee shirt, cardigan, and pumps. I tend to splurge on classic, staple pieces and throw in more affordable high fashion items that are trending. I won’t wear anything that isn’t authentic to me/my brand.

What inspires your personal fashion style?

Blair Waldorf, Cher Horowitz, and Mary-Kate Olsen circa 2004.

What motivates you?

Success. Knowing that if I work really, really hard at something I will become successful at it. I started my business when I was 22 years old. I was just a kid with a plan and to see where I am now literally amazes me. You cannot deny hard work. Your compassion will always shine through, and you will without a doubt be successful. I’d also like to mention that I don’t measure success by the amount of money I make but by how happy I am to do something each day that doesn’t feel like work.

What is one word to describe you and why?

If my friends had to describe me in one word they would use the word boss. I’m always the boss, quite literally, and figuratively. Like I said previously I started my business when I was 22 years old and I guess I’m a little bit of a control freak so when we do anything I’m usually the one to plan something and I’m always the one to drive. I, however would use a completely different word – passionate. I am 150% dedicated to everything/everyone in my life. If one of my close friends gets promoted I am so happy for them I feel like I’m the one who got the promotion. If one of them gets their heart broken it feels like mine has been ripped from my chest because of the sadness I feel for them. If I have a goal in my mind I will do my best to not only reach that goal but to beat it. I’m always in a constant competition with myself, but never with those around me. I stay in my own lane, stay focused on the goal, and work hard.

What is your favorite TV show/movie?

It’s hard to just pick one because I work from home and constantly have the TV on in the background. TV – Friends, The OC, Shameless, anything with Guy Fieri, and those shows on ID Channel about true murder stories. Movies – Clueless, You’ve Got Mail, Sweet Home Alabama, The Town, and anything with Vince Vaughn.

What beauty item can you not live without?

What is your favorite color?

Am I allowed to say black & white stripes?? On a serious note I change my mind all the time about which color I’m most attracted to at that time (that’s the designer in me) but I’m naturally drawn to teals when it comes to home decor and reds when it comes to fashion.

What is most important to you?

Easy – Myself. My happiness. To some that may sound yucky, but it’s the truth. Life is short and I’d like to spend as much of it as possible smiling.
